I have been practing massage therapy in the Rochester, NY area since 1998 when I graduated from Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY. Working in a busy chiropractic office, I focused on techniques for relieving painful shoulders, necks and backs. Here, I learned a great deal about treating fibromyalgia, arthritis, cancer, stress, as well as the value of deep relaxation. For twelve years I have specialized in Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular Massage.
Most recently I have studied Structural Integration, “neural tunnels,” and have moved into the kinder, gentler work of Myofascial Release because of its long-lasting effectiveness.
